1시간에서 1시간 30분 가량의 고정적인 워크아웃 루틴은

그런데 복근 운동이란 참 재밌는 것이..
굉장히 굉장히.. 굉장히 느리게 결과가 나온다는 것이다.
정성과 인내와 건강한 식습관,
3박자를 모두 갖춰야 얻을 수 있는 복근..
그냥 복근 운동에 재미를 붙인 것으로 만족이다.
어제부터 트레이너의 충고에 따라
새로운 복근 운동 패턴을 시도하고 있다.
살짝 어렵지만 재미있는..
